King Shawarma (Lincoln) — Restaurant in Lincoln

Unfortunately, had a very horrible experience. Was planning to have lunch here to celebrate birthday with my family (6 members). I went to the restaurant at 1.45pm and ordered full mixed platter (£43.50) to be ready for 2.30pm. Arrived with family 2.45pm and the restaurant completely forgot about the order. Some words were exchanged loudly between the chef and the other staff. Didn't even apologie, we waited for them to prepare the order. When the order came it was completely different to that on the menu, no lamb chops, half the portion of other stuff and when enquired they said the chef modified the order, as per his liking, didn't even bother to inform us .

Unfortunately, the food too was not up to the standard, noticed this was a different chef and not the usual one. They still charged us the full price.

Please don't get me wrong. Their food is usually good (that's y I chose to have the birthday meal there) but looks like there is no consistency, and they lack customer service skills and are disorganised. This experience has put me off and will probably will not be going there for a long time.

This feedback is not to deter others from visiting them but is to raise this issue with the business owners that good customer base is formed by good customer service. I hope they learn from...

I WOULD GIVE MINUS 1000 STARS IF IT LET ME!!

Really really disappointed... customer service was bad and the worst ive ever experienced. we all threw up ! Food tasted a week old and off. We had an argument.. "if you dont wanna pay then leave" in a disrespectful manner..So decided to leave and we did .. while walking out we got assulted by the staff.. grabbed my fiance by the hair and grabbed me by the arm. Luckily the police were there and saw everything. One of the staff wanted to fight me... bad experience! I do not recommend! Avoid this...

Today I visited this place. Ordered chicken Shi's tikka. On the picture shows with rice and nice salad and Nan. The chicken black burnt, No rice. Salad is only few slice lettuce, white onion, and a handful Jalapeno peppers and 3 slice cucumber from 3 days ago. ( Sorry if i order salad what is on the picture, i dont wanna eat Tin Jalapeno) Only good thing is the Nan bread. I asked staff member how is working, would you like to pay in restaurant for this? And he show me the card reader. £7. Absolutely horrible. Staff not...
