Food has very low quality. My partner ordered a kebab and get no pitta. The kebab is made of anything except meat, really awful. I ordered a vegan burger and is the worst one I ever tried: made of some veggies mixed with something really soft (smashed potato?). And the chips... They are no crispy at all, completely soft. Staff are not professional neither: you ask them to add salad to the burger and they serve it without salad, two people trying to organise your order, the only one, and things are served wrongly and with an extreme poor quality, etc. We will never come back, there are tons of...

I have ordered online from uber eats and food wasn't deliver so I called because it's already 25mins late so one of there staff picked my call and ask about my food. He said they are preparing and I said its already 25 mins late from actual dilvery time after that he replied very rudely and very unprofessionally and said do you want food or not and I was like excuse me this is the way you talk to your customer after that I cut the call.

Ordered it on the app for collection, went in for collection when the app stated food was done. Food was not in fact done, upon my arrival I asked the employee where is my food, he looked confused and had to ask another employee. Got food 20 minutes later, overall took about an hour for food to be ready which is appalling for a collection order. Got back home, learned the pizzas were wrong, tasted bloody awful. One pizza was wrong however was “okay” tasting, regardless, still the wrong order
