Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln

Before I explain my problem with the ridiculous manager of this specific takeaway, I'd like to point out that there was no indication that the BOGOF leaflets applying to the pizzas (handed out near the uni mainly) couldn't be used through Just Eat. I ordered a couple of pizzas and when they arrived, they mentioned that I couldn't apply the leaflet on order through Just Eat and was told that I couldn't use it unless I rang up. Having not known this (obviously), I said he could take the food back but I'd just re-order the same food over the phone to use the leaflet because it cost too much. He then felt confused and offered me to speak to the manager. The manager threatened to ban me from ordering again if I re-ordered the same food over the phone in order to use the leaflet. With that, I told them to take the food back and didn't re-order.

However, me and my girlfriend attempted to order a couple of pizzas recently and discovered I'd been banned anyway. I'd done nothing to deserve it but obviously he isn't aware that NOBODY knows the leaflets don't apply through Just Eat.

I'm happy they've stopped...

Extremely poor service for online customers. Ordered at 1932 in the evening. We rang the store at 2045 to see where the pizza was. We were told that it had not been made yet. Jake told us that it was not their problem and it was not up to them to call us and tell us that the pizza would be late. We asked for a refund and Jake informed us that it would be 7 days to get our money back. We asked to speak to the manager and after at first being told he was too busy we got to speak to Ranjeet who is the owner. Ranjeet agreed that this was poor service but again told us it wasn't their problem or responsibility to call us and explain that our food had not been even made over an hour after accepting an online order and taking our money. According to Ranjeet and Jake the reason that the food had not even been prepared yet was because of too many 'pop ins'. Apparently if a customer comes into store, that customer takes priority over any telephone or online order! Amazing! So we will not be using Papa Johns anymore and I highly recommend that you...

Just Go to dominos, better pizza… also if you’re looking for a job at papa johns Lincoln. You won’t get a break (even though you are entitled to them). The work environment is toxic. Employees will much rather stand round gossiping and making other employees uncomfortable rather than actually working, also to add employees do not know how to keep their hands to themselves and think it’s alright to touch each other inappropriately. The owner simply doesn’t care about anything other than if you “take too long on a delivery” you are expected to go to north hykham and back within 20 minutes, they seem to be under the impression that traffic doesn’t exist (I’ll use my plane next time), the absolute lack of sense and respect in this place is unreal, avoid it at all costs, also the...
