Pasta Go — Restaurant in Lincoln

Ordered food to be delivered and what can I say other than I seriously regret my decision to do so. I specifically requested no tomatoes, due to the fact that the person who was going to share the food with me has an allergy, only to discover two half tomatoes staring at me when I lifted the lid of my pasta pot, meaning that the other person was now destined to be dining solely on garlic bread. Saying that, the so called garlic bread was squashed to the point that I thought they had sent me a pancake in error at first. It really was only fit to be used as a weapon as it was rock solid and completely unedible. If you are considering ordering food from this joke of an establishment then i seriously advise against it. Dissapointed is a serious understatment. £13 for what is clearly a statement to me that they clearly don't care about their image or customer service/satifaction. How that food managed to leave the kitchens without someone being fired is beyond me. Never again. Only given 1 star due to the fact that I am unable to give minus score. First of all the food is the best but the man behind the counter is just rude i tried ringing for 40 mins just kept saying user busy when i turned up i got the feeling he turned the phone off as he was complaining about the 3 orders he had to do first made me wait 10 mins before taking my order i asked for more meat in the spaghetti Bolognese as i dont think there is much meat in it he told me to take it up with the boss as hes just a worker dont think this is how you treat customers shame as i dont what to go back after this...

I have been twice now and absolutely love it! I even treated two friends to this today because they hadn't tried before and yep they also loved it! At this time of year when you want hot stodgy food you can't beat pasta! Especially freshly cooked in front of you! The portions are huge as well, now having my left overs for dinner!
