Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln

Ordered a regular chicken parmesan, chicken feast pizza and a side of garlic dip. Chicken parmesan was rock hard and very small, if you're from the North of England, do not expect anything like what you would get at home.

Also there was barely any chicken on the chicken feast pizza and what there was, was also rock hard.

Garlic dip was certainly not garlic dip, tasted like chive.

Rang up requesting refund or compensation, was told they've never had any complaints before (find that hard to believe) and nothing more, maybe suggesting I was making it up or wrong.

After ringing up to complain, we later found a hair embedded in the pizza.

When I finally got through to the manager (the following day) we were told we could have a refund and should go to Just Eat to have it processed. Just Eat rang the takeaway to confirm this, yet the takeaway told Just Eat they had not sanctioned a refund and the food was in perfect condition.

Upon contacting the takeaway to find out why they did this, they lied and told me I was making the whole thing up.

Appalled with the service of Romeos...

I ordered a margarita pizza after a night out, paying £7.50 expecting something delicious, moist an cheesy. However, I what I was presented with was far from desirable...

It was burnt, dry and I received rude service (photo attached). I pointed out that the pizza was burnt, but understand that errors happen, and only asked for a drink to get me through it. I was told that it wasn't that burnt, it's not their fault but actually the automated machine, and the bottom of the pizza was actually fine and not burnt (aha what?). I tried a slice, thinking that maybe it wasn't as bad as it looked, but it was awful.

They wouldn't give me a drink, or another pizza, and sent me on my way. I have previously never given a negative review, however failing to own up to their mistake annoyed me. I would not recommend...

I am writing this entry to covey my sheer discussed with this takeaway I orded the other night on just eat the meal turned up 40min late the order was only £10.50 online yet when the driver turned up he requested £14.50 I paid him wt cash I had after sitting down to open my meals I was discussed that both our meals were stone cold and neither of them were wt we orded I rang to complain about it and thay started to call me a liar and started to swear aggressively, I then requested a full refund or exchange for a fresh meal which was in my right due to the customer sales act of 1974 I fell that servire standard of customer service need to be looked at I will not be using this takeaway ever again I have shown picture s of my meal to freind and they have said the same they will nt be using this...
