Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Liverpool

I ordered two cake and two latte, the cashier said swipe your card and she left the till, the machine showed remove your card, the cashier was still away, I removed it as I usually don’t ask for the receipt for small shopping to save papers and So trees, and waited for the latte and when it was ready the cashier was not still around to check everything was ok! When I took the tray to our table after a couple of minutes she came to our table and told my friend that your payment was not completed!!! She even didn’t remember everything was done by me!! I had to go to the till again used my card again and was asked to sign a paper!!! Although that problem was not my fault at all, both of staffs at the till didn’t look polite to be sorry !! I had a bad feeling after that and won’t go...

Ok, I went here today. The staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful staff.

People complaining about the toilets. The toilets are the only toilets on the retail park and are used by everyone that comes to the retail park. They are on the site's of Next clothing store and Costa coffee. They are actually by the furniture department of the Next store. Maybe people should complain to the retail park. They had toilets on the retail park but decided to close them at covid time and not reopened them.

The toilets were clean when I went in. You have to remember there are only two toilets in the retail park. Of course, there are going to be people waiting for the toilets because there are multiple businesses here and only two toilets etc. The staff have always been helpful...

Been to this Costa twice. It is on the first floor of the Next store and is accessed via an escalator or lift. Next and Costa have only been open a few weeks. The shop is bright with big windows overlooking the carpark. A few shrubs have been planted round one side of the carpark, but the view is not very good if you like trees and flowers to look at. Costa's coffee was up to it's usual standard but the loud music played in the shop I found intrusive. There again if you are young you might like loud music. I myself like to relax and converse with whomever I am with. Visited 9th October 2020 during lockdown for Covid 19. Did not stop as few tables being used and no empty...
