MB Cafe 62 — Restaurant in Liverpool

Never left a bad review in my life but wow the way the fella speaks to his customers is disgusting. Foods alright we’ve ordered a few times can be greasy but nothing worth leaving a review over. Not amazing just average. Only the fact he answers the phone and acts like your bothering him huffing and puffing when infact it’s his JOB he’s PAID to do! Can never hear what he’s saying sounds like he’s running round while on the phone so ye have to repeat ye self and when he still can’t hear you cos sounds like he’s got his head in a deep fat fryer he starts to scream at ye and get angry he’s a absolute raging lunatic. Has happend at least 3 times. They Have immigration in their shutting the place sometimes aswell so god knows what’s going on in there . Will never ever go back and be disrespected for the sake of a smelly greasy breakfast . Coffee taste...

Visited a few times now. Lovely breakfast and coffee is tasty. Unfortunately they haven't had a few items available when I've been, including honey toast dish that is served with caramelised bananas, which they didn't have in stock, I look forward to ordering on another visit. The breakfast is really good though. Just maybe need to extend menu options with a few more dishes. Baclava is also really tasty, recommend with their coffee. Restaurant clean and makes a good addition to the area. Staff could do with just being a bit more attentive and asking if you want more drinks, instead we've had to try and get their attention and it has felt at times like they just want you to leave as soon as you've eaten so they can clear table for next customer. Second time coming here. The first time it was nice.

Today, the waitress rudely told me I couldn't have water then told me not to complain if the water wasn't nice ( it makes me wonder what they cook with)

The ham toasty was chewy and bland.

The pasta came out as the wrong dish. I told one of the people that it was the wrong dish they told me it wasn't. Until I pointed it out on the menu only to be told AGAIN it was the right dish. I asked what was in it, they replied,'chicken'. I'm a vegetarian!!! ( no chicken on tht menu for the dish I ordered)

Eventually, taking it back, the 'right' pasta came out that looked exactly the same, but the chicken picked out, and some peppers put in. Bland tasting as well
