Noya Concept — Restaurant in Liverpool

Came across this place when scouting Google maps, & after reading reviews thought I'd book for when friends visited. Well we wasn't disappointed. Greeted with a friendly smile and shown to our table. Ordered drinks then food. Wife and had the Chicken Diyan, and friends had the Pasha Lamb & Chicken Pesto with Goats Cheese. All dishes tasted fabulous. The white wine sauce on the chargrilled chicken was another level & the chicken was charred to perfection & delicately spiced. Friends said the lamb was melt in the mouth & complimented the mashed potatoes, & the chicken and Goats cheese was also delicately spiced. The fries that was served were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.

The hospitality and attention of the staff is outstanding, just a shame I didn't get their names.

if I could leave no stars, I would. Absolutely appalling service. We placed an order with Uber eats to collect our order, they took the money out and about 6 uber drivers went to collect our order, over the course of 2 hours and 5 mins, and kept getting turned away. we called Noya, which we were greeted by a very rude member of staff that said our order would be ready in the next few minutes which was a lie. Upon checking the app, we discovered that Noya had cancelled our order an hour later. when I called them back they tried to lie to us and say the order never went through, when it did on the app and they confirmed the first time when we spoke on the phone to them that it was nearly ready. I called in late last night after a few winners in haydock night races, the wife and i were looking forward to a Turkish kebab meal,we usually go to anar on east prescot but we decided we'd go here driving past ,we got the full house mixed kebab ,it come out with a weird flame in a bowl which I didn't understand what it was for ,the meat wasn't cooked on a char grilled grill in my opinion, obviously you can't see them cooking it like the Turkish restaurant's I've been to but didn't taste smokey,got peppers on it weren't char grilled, hard pita package bread rice was seasoned basmati rice,so disappointed when I walked out they need in my opinion to go go anar or elif and see how it's done ,reviews are great but I can't understand them maybe it was because we were late going in,but it...
