This McDonald’s used to be good, it’s gone terrible over the last year or so. Young staff can’t be bothered and have absolutely no problem letting it show. Food is thrown together. Had a problem with an app order a few months ago which they messed up and they were zero help. Young girl was clueless, then called the manager-another young girl- who didn’t have a clue either. I showed the money had came out of my bank and the order receipt on the app and she said it won’t come out of my account because they hadn’t processed it. Full lies, it did come out, £6.50 wasted. They have a habit of sending so many people through the drive through to park up and you have to wait about 20-25 minutes for your food while the kids try and work out where everyone is parked too. Rather than make people wait in the queue and giving them the opportunity to leave they take your money so you are forced to wait. Then there is the drinks. I mean it’s absolutely disgusting the drinks they serve people. They are always a quarter empty, ice or no ice. And I just got two vanilla milkshakes and was fuming when I got home and saw they were missing a ridiculous amount! And one wasn’t even vanilla, it was a weird colour and had a weird flavour, threw that right away. I won’t be going back here anymore. Terrible terrible McDonald’s. McDonald’s in general has been going down hill for a few years now. Prices going ridiculously high for the same old thrown together food. It’s even worse now too because of the rubbish straws and the terrible happy meal toys. How can all these businesses keep rising prices everywhere when quality is going down?? Thieving...

Are you present? Are you certain that you are fulfilling your duties to the best of your abilities? Are you sure that no fraudulent activities are taking place that could hinder the thorough review of the performance at your branches?
I am not convinced. Not only is there no improvement in the operation of this particular branch, but things are getting worse day by day.
Every day, delivery drivers, and consequently customers, spend countless hours waiting for their orders to be prepared at this branch. There are not enough staff members, and those who are present seem to care little about this issue. Their behavior, in many cases, towards drivers and customers, is neither correct nor professional.
All the delivery drivers are reluctant to accept orders from this branch. When they reluctantly do, they often end up either canceling the orders or waiting for tens of minutes, sometimes up to an hour, to receive them.
They mark the orders as "Ready for Collect" when in reality, they are not.
Please address this issue as soon as possible.Thousands of hours of people's time are being wasted...
Read moreI visited this McDonalds today as it’s the closest to home, I ordered on the App and after being asked to wait in the waiting bay for 10 minutes received three bags of food and headed off home with it. When I got home we realised that there were two meals missing so out of principle (and because my kids were starving) headed back to the restaurant to collect what was missing whilst my other kids ate what we did receive. When I got to the window and explained what had happened, the young lad who was serving called for the manageress. She asked me to show me the bags I had received, I explained that they were at home and she said id have to go back and get them if I wanted my missing food. I refused and said do you really think they id have driven back here if I’d received everything I’d paid for and she simply replied “some do” and I don’t have the authority to give you the food without the bags. I’m not sure what the empty bags would have proved. She then walked away and I had to pay for the food again as I didn’t want to go home empty handed to my kids. I’m absolutely shocked at the poor customer service and feel like I’ve been robbed. Please think twice about using this restaurant, it’s worth driving that bit further to...
