Planet Health Cafe — Restaurant in Liverpool

I've tried the food twice (delivery and pickup option) and the last one was particularly disappointing as we didn't get what ordered and waited a long time for it. At first staff was not so friendly, but I'd understand as they were busy. However, it took at least half an hour to 40 minutes in the venue to have the food in hands, which it was ready per the app. We didn't get any explanation or apology until the very last minute, when the staff member handed us the food, even though I was carrying a baby the whole time. When we finally got home, the surprise: our sides were not what we ordered. Not sure if I'll give another go - taste wise was alright, but nothing above the expectation as I'd imagine for a five...

The woman cooked well the food was ok until I put the fake Heinz sauce on, Heinz bottle with worn out label due to Aldi sauce refills, absolutely ruined my food, had to leave it and went to subway. In all fairness it wasn’t the girls fault it’s the cheap skate owners, although when asked why is Aldi sauce in a Heinz bottle she lied and said it was Heinz when I know full well it wasn’t, as I only like Heinz red sauce, gutted should of eat my money instead, I spent 5mins trying to get the sauce off but the breakfast was ruined, thanks for that....

We have ordered from planet health for a long time now and a few times a week , food always good however was absolutely disgusted when we placed r last order and asked for no onions on one. Salad and no onions and no tomatoes on the other , but asked can we have peppers instead, to be called after ordering to be told if we want peppers we would have to pay an extra £1 per salad? Well that absolutely discussed me as firstly we was swapping other salad options and also being what we though was loyal customers , I would not return due...
