The Queens Arms — Restaurant in Liverpool

I visited with family after my grandads funeral. As soon as we arrived the woman on the bar seemed angry and was not very friendly despite us spending quite a lot of money on drinks. Later on around last order time, she created a really awful situation by organising an attack by calling her boyfriend and 5 of his friends. I’m not sure why this occurred as we were targeted despite there being other patrons still in the pub and we all had our coats on ready to leave. They were punching and using objects to hit people. At one point one of them had my grandmother on the floor.

We have just been 'shown the door' here after two of our group - in wheelchairs - were refused access/use of the disabled toilet. This establishment HAS a disabled toilet but it wad roped off and could not be accessed. When we asked where our wheelchair friends were to go to the toilet the atmosphere changed and security were called and told us that we were barred from the establishment.
