We have been here dozens of times. Its a brilliant place. Lovely staff and comfortable restaurant area. Food is very very good value and hits the spot. Lovely touches such as complimentary lental soup as you decide what to have (and that soup is special), and a box of tissues on every table so you can clean during/after your meal and not have to rely on one serviette as in nearly all places. Their naan bread is light and tasty and not too filling and goes with most dishes really well. It makes eating with your hands fun and practical. Owner is creepy. This is one of my favourite restaurants in Liverpool. It is located on Smithdown road and is about 5 minutes drive from the city centre. I get lamb qursi from here with extra lamb and the portions are unbelievable, massive chunks of meat. This is 100 percent the cheapest restaurant in Liverpool. The quality of the food is top notch and it's all freshly made in front of you in their open plan kitchen. The restaurant itself is very spacious and very clean. The owner is so friendly and so also are the fellas that work there too. I don't just go in here for the food but also the excellent service and value for money.
