The masseuse rubbed my forehead for 5 minutes. Then I got told to get up and chill on a lounger we’re a lemon tea and 4 small cubes of Turkish delight were presented to me . Start to finish 25 mins and £58 down. By the way you have to give 48 hour’s notice to cancel or re arrange otherwise you loose your money . They take the full payment when booking. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Any Thai massage for 30 mins is more money’s worth. We had much higher expectations. We were rushed through all the different treatments. 10 minutes sauna, then you were asked to move on b/c other costumers were already waiting. Body scrub + foam bath were okay, however the massage was disappointing. You fill out a questionnaire at the reception but they don’t take your answers into consideration (great tension, SKIN issues!) Every customer is treated the same. We also found it irritating my husband was washed and massaged by a lady, I was treated by a man (who also washed my breast and often touched my bare breasts during the massage). I wouldn’t go there again because the overall atmosphere wasn’t relaxing (always other costumers behind you waiting) and the massage was way too short and soft! At the end of your treatment you’re asked to „sign off“ at a book (only when you’re satisfied though!), leaving a short remark. That’s pretty much of a psychological trick (since everybody said „lovely“, „amazing“, „wonderful“, we also agreed, writing it was „okay“). In hindsight however, it was a huge...

We went today, have Been a few times before and the last time and this time we left very disappointed. They have shortened the time of the experience and it’s a very half hearted treatment! We had a shower and 10 mins in the sauna before being rushed to the next room for the scrub…. If you call it a scrub… felt like we were being tickled with a glove! The lady didn’t even rinse me off on one side before putting bubbles all over me! Rinsed off we headed for the massage (my favourite part) not today!! 3 mins of stroking each leg doesn’t consist of a massage!! On to my back and the rest of the body… my kids could have done a better job!! I won’t ever go back there next time I want a pamper il pay a bit more and go to someone more professional!!!
