An Italian gem that needs to be visited to understand the quality of their traditional, genuine, anuthentic Italian offerings. You will find none better! A cute place with a happy atmosphere, with bench seating and a few tables outside - you can enjoy in-house or takeaway. They take telephone orders too, so if you’re in a rush and don’t want to queue (as it gets busy) then you can phone your order through ready to collect at your convenience. Value for money too as the quality of their focaccia is like no other. The friendly, talented Fritto team prepare the freshest Italian street food - from Pizza, special focaccia sandwiches with the most amazing fillings that can be served hot or cold, authentic home made arancini, bomboloni are to die for - filled doughnuts or plain, tiramisu, canoli, brownies, home made amaretti biscuits…and this is just to name a few! AND not forgetting their famous Panzarotti - deep fried pizza with fillings of your choice. You need to try this to understand how light and unbelievably tasty they are! They even bake the most delicious loaves of bread, Pane Pugliese - the most authentic Italian bread I have found out of Italy. Perfetto! Everything is made in house by this small team - they work hard to bring you the best quality products and the best customer experience & service. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Luca - you should be super proud of what you and your team have created and everyone that visits Fritto will be wanting to come back for more. It’s like an addiction once you try it I live in Cheshire and travel a long way - just for Fritto food! If you can go, go today - thank me later! Ci vediamo a presto Fritto Team! X

Not sure why, but wherever I go I manage to find a favourite Italian spot and this is my new one! Hidden gem (shame it’s relatively far from me) but nonetheless absolutely delicious. Ordered some panzerotti, schiacciatas, bombolonis, arancini and the calamari for our first try. Panzerotti was lovely and indulgently cheesy/ fried. It was larger than my head and super filling to eat, stuffed with a lot of cheese and mortadella. Loved the crusty edges which were super crispy! Ordered a few sandwiches too like their meaty sandwich of the month which was just sublime - the bread it was on was super soft too. It’s been hard to find a proper authentic homemade focaccia in Liverpool so it was a great treat! Bombolonis were absolutely divine, after purchasing and eating one we had to get another - they had super sugary crisp on the outside, soft pillowy inside and were filled to the brim with the loveliest pistachio cream. Bolognese Arancini was also crispy and savoury. Calamari wasn’t as crisp but that was likely as it didn’t survive the journey home, but the squid itself was very tender and soft and lovely to be paired with that aioli - not often you find home battered calamari too so it’s nice to see it’s not your typical from frozen bagged ones. Service was fast and friendly too with a good vibe. I rly wish they did delivery now!

Amazing place, great food and good value. My 3rd visit here now and it hasn’t disappointed. We ordered the Emiliano, Milanese, slice of the Tuscan sausage pizza and a ham and cheese toastie looking thing (can’t remember the name, sorry guys). Everything is spot on, fresh bread, fresh ingredients and full of flavour. You go in for one thing and end up leaving with a lot more. This place is up there with the best sandwiches in the city. The pic posted is of the Emiliano. I’d already eaten about a quarter of it before remembering I wanted a pic for this review.

We visited Fritto today for the first time as it was requested by a family member for his birthday get together. We were meant to confirm our order yesterday but as per the norm we were not organised enough!!! Luckily Luca of Fritto was very understanding despite the order being a large order. Luca and his team went above and beyond to accommodate us to which we all say THANK YOU! The food here is absolutely AMAZING! I HAVE NEVER TASTED PIZZA LIKE IT!! We had a fairly large selection from the menu and the quality of the food is first class. It's fresh ingredients, made with love and attention and cooked freshly are simply devine and make you feel that you are getting a real taste of Italy. We can honestly say we are hooked new customers and we can't wait to try the rest of the menu. Luca and his team really are brilliant!! They truly are fantastic for accommodating us especially as we didn't give the gentleman enough notice of our order but they did everything the possibly could to make our family birthday bash a good one! Our food was superb with just enough left overs for lunch tomorrow. Not one complaint from anyone, a rarity in our family, I can assure you! THIS IS THE BEST ITALIAN STREET FOOD IN LIVERPOOL. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR...
