This is fair review of my experience... The restaurant is great in it's set-up and decoration. Location is perfect with parking around available for free. 1- No host to seat you upon arrival 2- Customer service at its worst form as they literally ignore your existence while looking in your eyes. 3- No one came to take order untill after 32 minutes of arrival. 4- Unjustifiable delay in food 5- The order was burnt as you can see in the photo 6- a very small portion for lamp chops with such bad quality of 11£ charge 7- the salad isn't fresh and presentation is nowhere near good I have been to so many Kurdish restaurants all over the world and this was the worse for me. They need hospitable staff that are fully trained to deliver good customer service.. they need also to invest in more staff to have at least good service and food quality rather than the rushing all over with only 4 waitress/waiter in giant floor

Popped in here for a quick lunch after years of walking past thinking that smells great. Welcomed by a smiling waiter upon entry and had our pick of the plush interior tables. Some really nice service choices such as loads of napkins and a free portion of delicious Lentil Soup as a starter. Coffee was rich and full-bodied. Chose the chicken schwarma and didn't regret it. Delicious meat wrapped in a soft tortilla with loads of salad. Chili sauce provided had a decent kick as well. My friend got a lamb kebab that looked equally delicious. The only downside, in my opinion, is the multiple huge TVs, which take away a little of the pleasant atmosphere for me. I'm definitely planning a return visit for an evening meal as the menu looks fabulous. Good value food with a cracking flavour.

Real disappointment. The half chicken and full chicken weren't available so instead the waiter recommended I order the Chicken Quzi. Unfortunately this is probably the most unseasoned chicken I have ever tried. It completely lacked any flavour or taste and was not enjoyable. The meal itself was also very plain and was served with a very large serving of dry rice. A small bowl of dalad was provided as an accompanying side and this although average was the highlight of the meal. I regret my choice as my friends ordered the mixed kebab and that looked delightful. If you're planning to visit try I would recommend trying anything but the Quzi. It's just not worth it.

This is not a date-night restaurant, it is a no-frills restaurant. But with an above-average appetite and fussy palate, I am pleased to say that this restaurant has yet to fail to impress. Its portions are incredibly large, with an array of sides to boot.

A meal with chicken skewers and rice would set you back approx £9.00, but you get:

A complementary lentil soup as soon as you are seated An additional soup of your choosing (including lentil if you enjoy it) A massive, thin and crisp 'naan' (not Indian style) flatbread Approx 300g of juicy, wonderfully charred chicken breast A huge serving of rice Wedge of lemon, red pickled cabbage, sliced red onion, finely chopped cucumber and tomatoes, and a fresh chilli

This would fill up even a starved bodybuilder who've just been to the gym for the past 4 hours. It's also incredibly delicious. Value-for-money wise, it's hard to beat. Even Viva Brazil on a £25.00 for a £50.00 instore voucher struggles to beat this place.

The main downsides are that you may not have a 'personal' table, and that this is a cash-only establishment.

Having visited here at least 3 times, the consistency of the food quality is impressive. This is a Four and a Half Star restaurant, with room for improvement, but they're going above and beyond for what...
