If I could give 0 stars I would !! Went into the Norris Green store today (12.06.25 @ 7.30pm) with my two children, the serve had his back to us for around 10 minutes whilst he was cutting up strawberries, did not acknowledge us at all. Then when we was ready to order he stated to myself and my daugther “I am only serving one flavour of ice cream not 6 or 7” as last time we visited which was not the case, she did not like the flavour and changed it ! I thought this was very rude and unprofessional to state to a children and flapping your arms around and slamming the ice scoop into the water cleaner in a aggressive manner was not a way to act in front of children. With this we left and went to the Walton vale store instead and had a better experience was served by a staff member named ‘Adam’ who could not be more than accommodating and it was a very positive experience. Absolutely shocking delivery service, the driver thought WITHOUT checking the app to hand the food over to the wrong address to a 10 year old girl claiming it was for her. it’s a amazing dessert shop! Even once I spent a little over £50 and when the order arrived it was just before they were closing there was a biscoff doughnut with a black marker written on it “ :) please give a rating, enjoy” the only I will not say is good is the prices it’s quite expensive and definitely somthing you would only want to have once every few months...
