Gigabite Pizza — Restaurant in Liverpool

Absolutely Awful ! Will never be ordering from here again . Ordered two pizzas yesterday for my partner and myself . Not only did we wait an hour but It came cold . To make matters worse the dough was still RAW ! I could literally stretch it out with my fingers . So my partner rang up to ask for a refund. Wow is all I can say . The response we got was disgusting. The manager proceeded to tell us it was our fault because we added 1 extra topping . Then when that didn’t work he said we do loads of pizzas an don’t have an issue , an that it must just be us . To say he was rude was an understatement. How are they even still open I don’t know . But he refused to give a refund so now we have to go through Uber eats . What a way to start the...

Our food was ordered from here last night, delivery took 45 minutes to a hour, for our food to come and a person to be sat without there food as this company couldn't be bothered to put the food in, rang the takeaway to be told “we are closed now and you live to far away” no refund no sorry we was just screamed at down the phone as my phone was on no caller ID, even though i gave him my address and contact details. The man we spoke to put the phone down to us! Will not be ordering from this place again if thats how they speak to their customers and don’t give the customers the food...

Absolutely love Gigabite! Can't go wrong with a pizza and their garlic base is to die for. The prices for an 18inch pizza that serves the whole family is fantastic. We had the wrong order delivered once and the guys were fantastic at quickly getting it resolved for us. Avoid using third parties if you can so the restaurant make more from your purchase (always love to support local businesses especially when they're this good) just obviously be aware of delays on match days - as you would expect ordering from anywhere...
