I went back to this cafe today after they had been taken on by new management. This place used to feel so special! Any coffee imaginable was £2.70 and all proceeds went to charity. You also always got a free lotus biccie with your drink (it’s the little things). Today I paid £4.10!!!! For a cappuccino with coconut milk. Might as well go to Gail’s down the road. Lost something special and also if you’re going to stop giving proceeds to charity perhaps you should remove the old signage from outside - sign has been wiped down but is still legible - a reminder of better times. Saying all this, the staff are lovely and kind so can’t ever complain...
