201 Asian Kitchen Pan-Asian & Sushi — Restaurant in London

Great food and excellent service!!! Ordered from Deliveroo during Covid-19 - unfortunately the driver decided to only deliver our starters and steal our mains. Called the restaurant and explained, and the restaurant was incredibly friendly and apologetic (even though it wasn't their fault!) i decided to reorder the mains and take up a claim with deliveroo for a refund and walk down to the restaurant. The staff were so nice and I could see all the safeguarding and hygiene they put in place for covid was immaculate. The restaurant even gave us free drinks for the trouble. Now to the food, we had chicken gyōza and pumpkin croquettes which were inhaled (so good!!) and for mains we had Malaysian curry and shanghai noodles with chicken. Everything was lovely and tender, nice portions and lovely presentations. Will be ordering again and visiting in person soon...

I love this place!!! I normally order online and eat at home, but my new Japanese friend was missing her native food, so I took her here. I had my usual chicken katsu curry, and she had chicken teriyaki...her face lit up like a Christmas tree when she had her first bit! She said, and I quote, "Yummy, it tastes like home!" She was so happy, and so was I. The service was fantastic, we got free spicy prawn crackers and served water with fresh mint - nowadays, restaurants don't serve you water, so it made me very happy. The music was low and pleasant, the decor was lovely too, it was comfortable and welcoming. The prices are unbelievably reasonable, £11 for my meal plus £2.75 service charge!!! It's so affordable!! I plan to dine in frequently from now on. Also, the toilet was clean! Lol! I would give this place 10 stars...

Very bad experience with them. i ordered from deliveroo and I did not get the order or refund… I paid £20 for nothing. Called the restaurant, the lady over the phone was not helpful at all, she just told me that they tried to contact me and they couldn’t reach me.I did not receive any phone call. Maybe was some issue with the the line or the deliveroo app. However their seem not caring for customers. They were aware that I didn’t receive any food and refund which was not my fault at all, didn’t seem to care so much… and they do delivery service on top of it. Never order from again. I work in hospitality as well, and we are dealing with take away, if anything happens like this, we are happy to offer re- delivery service or dine in. Very poor...
