Dallas Chicken and Pizza Wimbledon — Restaurant in London

The food and service have gone completely downhill since this winter. Previously the chicken and chips were freshly cooked and served piping hot. The last 3 times the chicken and chips were cold and clearly not freshly cooked. I thought I'd have better luck with the quarter pounder meal the last time because this used to be cooked in front of you while you wait but the man serving was apparently too lazy to cook anything so he actually packed a chicken fillet burger for me instead when my back was turned!! I was surprised the order was ready so quickly, I even asked him if it was the right order as it was ready so quickly and he said yes it's the burger meal I ordered! But it definitely wasn't! Bad enough not getting what I ordered and paid for, the chicken burger was cold and as hard as a rock! Even the bun was hard and stale! I didn't realise I'd been duped out of a hot meal yet again until I got home or else I'd have returned that awful chicken burger! Sort out your staffing issues please because your business will go downhill at this rate. Only reason I'm not giving 1 * is because you previously served good...

Dallas really needs to step up their game, as they are located in a competitive area with other fast food restaurants that are providing better customer service, better prices, and better food! Customer service is not good because staff seem like they do not feel motivated to do their job which is affecting the customer satisfaction hugely. Dallas is located right next to a competitive fast food restaurant, called Tennessee Express which is offering more affordable prices. You'd assume it is because their food is better but in fact, the food at Dallas is revolting! The chips were soggier than a pensioners hanky and the spicy wings had about as much meat on them as a sparrows knee cap. The only good thing about Dallas is their opening hours as they are open til 1:45 am. DO NOT CONSIDER GOING DALLAS, UNLESS YOU REALLY HATE YOUR STOMACH AND YOU WANT TO BE WASTING YOUR MONEY. GO TENNESSEE EXPRESS WHICH IS AROUND...

Review from a "Tennesse Express" client (5mt, North of this place).

Recently the store "Tennesse Express", which is really close to this store, was under maintenance, so I decided to test the food sold in this restaurant.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant because they served me and old terrible piece of chicken inside my burger (it was firm, like stone, probably really old), and spicy wings that I never asked (I don't like spicy food). It is also more expensive then the other restaurant.

So please, avoid this one if you can, and go for the TENNESSEE EXPRESS, which is more convenient, and they have fresh chicken all the days.

The only better thing this restaurant has, is the amount of time they need to serve you: they are really fast, but it's not enough when the food isn't...
