Bam Bam — Restaurant in London

Haven’t used this place in a while as the last time we ordered from them the food wasn’t cooked properly and the chips were cold. Thought id give them a chance again and boy was this a BIG mistake!!! We ordered from Uber eats. Food took just over 45mins to arrive , when it came chips were cold , we has asked for peri salt and no salt was sprinkled . A cheese burger was also missing ! When were called up , spoke to some person that couldn’t even speak English, he had no clue what we were talking about , told him we just had delivery arrive and he constantly was asking what i wanted to order FFS! Then someone else came on the phone who was just as clueless as the previous clown! After 5 mins he worked out the missing burger but then told me to place another order where would then add the cheese burger to which I replied obviously NO! I asked him to delivery my missing burger and cold chips to which he replied he couldn't do ! I then told him im driving there to pick up my burger and chips….when i got there i could see 2 uber drivers who were frustrated as they had been told to wait over 10mins , one driver said to me this is nothing new with them ! When this place 1st opened few years back it was good but now the service is poor , the portion in terms of their sizing has got smaller. Far better places out there……i can see this place disappearing in a year or two as more people give up on them . Overall bad service, food ain’t worth , staff are rude/clueless…

Well here we go honest review, unlike half the wafflers giving reviews on this place.

Can't dine in so be ready to eat in your car, or drive like Lewis to get home and eat. Staff - well there's a lot of them that looked about as clued on as my nan in a NATO conference. Wait time is fine, so can't comment or rant on that. Charge for sauces just paid over £22 quid for two mediocre burger meals- Having a laugh I think. Burger well was okay, not much taste and was contemplating life when I took more bites. This was the icing on the cake... hair found in the burger box after I had eaten half the mediocre tasting burger. WOW just WOW. Stop comparing this place to Mcds, or Slamburger, or Bims, Or any other actually decent alternative places.

Overall don't waste your money, if you are expecting any decent tasting burgers chips were average. Would I go again? you know stupid questions well that was...

Ordered a chicken doner wrap, and I was really disappointed. The doner meat was taken out of a plastic pot, and when I asked, they said they shred it fresh every morning—but I highly doubt that. After tasting it, I can confirm it was definitely not fresh. The only things that seemed remotely fresh were the tomatoes and lettuce. The meat was overly spiced, probably to cover up its poor quality.

On top of that, I noticed the chefs inside weren’t wearing hats while cooking, which is a basic hygiene standard. Overall, there seemed to be no care for quality or cleanliness. Sorry, but I have to be honest—this was a really bad experience, and I won’t be...
