Owner was very rude and shouting at me and not listening to my enquiry as my two whole chickens came without drinks although this was part of my order. Absolutely disgusting behaviour will never be ordering from them again the owner was complaining about him not being able to control his workers or manage them properly and blaming just eat saying the menu is wrong the owner took no liability for his lack of management skills and refused to send me free drinks for what I have paid for . This place is an absolute shambles and charged me £4 for delivering to me which was not even a five minutes drive. They need alot of training and to be more professional with customers and what customer satisfaction is the chicken was even freezing cold!!!!!

In response to your reply : you actually did not tell me to send you anything so on top of you lying you also try to blame the customer it's not about the free drink it's about the principal. I have been a loyal customer of this place for many years, particularly because they used to make special burgers that I loved. Recently, however, I've been very disappointed. The last few visits have been consistently poor, with the burgers being dry and having fewer ingredients than before.

On my latest visit, I bought two burger meals and specifically asked them to make sure there’s enough sauce so the burgers wouldn’t be too dry. They assured me they would. However, when I got home, I found that the burgers were completely dry, and had also less ingredients than usual I asked for Peri peri on the chips I was quite lucky to get a couple of chips covered

I called up immediately to complain, but they insisted they had used the right amount of sauce and ingredients said that if I wanted extra, I should pay extra. I explained to them that I’ve been buying this burger for years and it has never been like this before.

This place has a casual fast food chicken shop vibe. The food here I usually grab are the wings, which 8 out of 10 times can be really good. The other 2 times out of 10, however, the wings tend to be more dry and underseasoned, I find that this is usually between 12 pm - 3 pm. The chicken pieces I wouldn't recommend at all since the only flavour is on the breading and the chicken itself is greasy and sometimes undercooked. Their chicken burger is also not bad. It is succulent, and there is a pretty good meat to bun ratio with lettuce and mayonnaise. The burger was great with the wings.
