Because Just Eat decided to be biased by hiding the most recent reviews for this place (last review is in March on Just Eat), i decided to go warn the World of this rip-off.

Honestly if they continue this ripoff, i think i should open my own pizzeria. Ignore the good reviews, none of them are critical. They are alright for those in the upper (loaded with money) or middle class (and are at the prime of your careers) . However if you're from the working class or middle class and are conscious of where you spend your money, the you will read this review. The only excusable reason the pizza's would be so high priced is because of the location of the pizzeria (the costs to run a food business in its area might be very expensive unless you out right own the place). Of course bad location means fewer customers hence higher priced pizza also.

"Care had been taken to deliver me a fresh pizza (June 2018) and the cheese was of better quality for the pizza's i ordered, though it still felt quite greasy. The Pizza was also extremely thin, literally 2mm thick and there were no options stating the thickness of the pizza (deep pan or thin) so i along with my friend did not feel full or quite satisfied. Overall the Food was tasty but i have had better pizza's for lower price".

I cannot comment on fresh ingredients (as i did not see the pizza made in front of me), could have easily been prepared before hand as the pizza was their best vegetarian pizza hence they would be keeping it in stock as many customers order it during rush hours.

The Delivery was right on time however that all depended on Just Eat's drivers so that cannot be used as a plus point to this place. The flavours of the pizza were good , they came together (fused) quite nicely at the time (of consuming) however its main drawback was that a pizza of its immense "21" inch size was an insanely paper thin pizza (thinner than a thin crust domino's or pizza express pizza).They were selling me a 21 inch, 200 calorie pizza which is an absolute joke. If i wanted to be healthy i would eat less of a large pizza.

This ripoff is like those nutrition scams that will sell you a breakfast bar for a set price then a lighter version for double its price and all you have to do to avoid the scam is eat half of the original bar to gain the benefits of the lighter bar.

The Verdict: Better to make your own pizza's (from scratch, as it helps for calorie count and avoiding allergies) or buy a frozen pizza and use its base with your own toppings. Basil Leaf Pizzeria sell Quality high priced pizza that won't fill your tummy. If you're from America,...

I had a craving for wood fire pizza and after reading positive reviews of this place I dropped by in person to order and collect. I guess the beauty of online/telephone ordering is you don't see how your pizza is made. The guy looked very grimey and was coughing, sneezing and spluttering all over the place, including over all the ingredients pots and the doughs on the table being prepared. He didn't once wash his hands, it was filthy to watch.

Whilst in there another customer came in and he got overcharged by £3, when he queried the guy just smiled wrly and said "I make you big pizza" - that's not what the guy ordered. Disgusting experience all round, never again. Those ordering online, try going into the shop and seeing the poor hygiene for yourself, it's the worst I've seen in the area. The way he was so brazen about it when he knew he was on full view of the customers is sickening. God knows what happens in the back where they prepare the pastas and other non pizza items. Needless to say I cancelled and didn't eat. I filmed the guy spluttering over everything and will be sending it to food hygiene, how they got their 5* sticker in the window...

Ordered my food via Just Eat. Never had a problem with just eat on any kind of food or restaurant ordered from.

This "restaurant" have tried to steal my money twice on same order. First time was when they said it was delivered. Then called them and they hurriedly said and got my food out swearing that no no they just busy and food left only 5 minutes ago.

Late by full 40 minutes so called again to cancel my order. They tried to say they couldn't cancel. That I had to go through just eat. Nope issued cancellation via site that restaurant had to confirm. Second time they tried to steal because also had their manager call.me saying delivery was outside my door. And put through that was delivered again.

Called just eat and got all cancelled.

Don't use their place. Thieves and also just plane...
