Hi there,
I recently tried the granola yogurt from your place and wanted to share some honest feedback.
The yogurt itself was excellent - thick and creamy. The fruit was decent. However, I found the granola to be quite disappointing. It had been sitting in the yogurt for a while. As a result, it lost all its crunch and became soft and soggy, with a texture more like oatmeal, which I personally don’t enjoy. Additionally, the honey had become a bit watery by the time I ate it, which affected both the taste and presentation.
I still finished it, since I had paid for it, but I think the overall experience could be improved with one small change: please consider keeping the granola separate from the yogurt until serving. A lot if thought has gone into the shop, which shows as the decor is beautiful. But, they also seem to be doing their best to be sustainable by sourcing locally.
There's always a great selection of baked snacks and savoury rolls. I recommend trying the vegan peanut butter cookies...

Totally worth a visit if you're passing through Wood Green - it's the best coffee...

And who knows how much honey they put as they do it behind the bar. It’s not only that, it’s the fact that when asked if they charge for their honey as I was very surprised the person was making the coffee they said they wish they could charge for sugars because they’re certain customers that use a lot of sugars? I get that businesses try to make profit but to say this to a customer is certainly not good for the business. This was the first and last time I visited the place , they’re clearly greedy and we don’t need more businesses like...
