Bento Boys — Restaurant in London

I stumbled upon bento boys by chance in January 2023, and it was undoubtedly one of the best discoveries I've made.

In the 5 years and counting I've lived in Uxbridge, I had been longing for authentic Asian food. Bento Boys provides exactly that: REAL Japanese food that is simple, but rich in flavour (not to mention affordable in this economy!). As the shop is relatively new, they are constantly working on expanding their menu, and every new item always turns out delicious. A recent example is their tsukune (chicken meatballs on a skewer covered in sauce). On that note, their food is halal and there are a wide range of vegetarian options, too!

The shop has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere where you can just sit down and enjoy your food. The staff also converse with me in Japanese, which adds a nice personal touch that keeps me happy to go to the shop any time of the week. Service is also nice and fast. Most of the time the food is on the table by the time you're sat down and ready to eat.

Despite the fact that the shop has only been around for just under a year, Bento Boys has very quickly become my go to place for food in Uxbridge. Nothing else can even compare. TLDR; Bento Boys is the best place in Uxbridge for good, affordable and authentic Japanese...

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delectable beef and rice dish from this restaurant, and it was absolutely wonderful. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the portion size was generous. I must say, it left me craving for more!

The only downside was my subsequent attempts to order the same dish from Deliveroo. Unfortunately, the beef and rice option was not available on the menu, leaving me slightly disappointed. I decided to give them a call, but the provided phone number seemed to be out of service, leading to a bit of frustration. This has happened before, and it would be great if they could address this issue promptly.

Despite the minor inconvenience, I wondered chicken and rice. However, there was a small oversight - there were no spoons or chopsticks provided. As we ordered it for a quick meal at work, it was a bit comical to eat with our hands, resulting in some laughs and messy fingers!

Nonetheless, the quality of the food itself was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious beef and rice. Hopefully, the delivery and service issues will be resolved soon, making it an even more enjoyable...

The place is really good , from the atmosphere towards the service truly great. The orders are done fast and severed quickly , with them also telling you what to expect while getting the order. The place as has a manga conner and tiny shop selling Japanese items. I order the chicken katsu curry. The taste was there , but only from the curry ,the heat and flavour was there . and was the only thing that gave the dish taste. The chicken which was crispy ,was not juicy at all ,instead it tasted as if it was left out for maybe a day , and same could be said for the rice. The curry sauce really made the dish taste amazing and is the only reason I would come back. Either then that , the portion size is alot bigger then other places i have been to and the curry sauce does visible vegetables , like mushroom , carrots and onions however there was not a lot of the sauce itself , "I personally do prefer when rice is some what deep in the curry sauce but that is just my...
