Black Sheep Coffee — Restaurant in London

Ordered from here for the first time and I'm very disappointed. The pictures used to advertise showed a ready made, ready to eat, filled waffle. They delivered a semi burnt plain waffle and the toppings in separate containers, so I had to put it together myself. If I wanted to make my own waffles, I wouldn't have paid £15 each for you to (apparently not) make them..... The mint matcha latte was decent, didn't taste like there was very much matcha powder in it though; but it wasn't the worst thing I've ever had. The mini doughnut is very small and not worth the price. The cranberry and brie toastie wasn't particularly toasted. The brie was completely solid but it tasted...

Came in today and ordered a pistachio iced latte and pistachio latte. The iced latte had no pistachio flavour, so I kindly asked the short blonde lady with a heavy Eastern European accent to add a little extra pistachio sauce, she then proceeds to poor about Half the bottle of sauce into my iced latte and gave me a smug look… completely ruined the whole drink. Bare in mind this was my first time ever trying black sheep coffee and unfortunately will be my last. Please check what staff you hire as this can make or break a business.
