T4 Bubble Tea - Walthamstow — Restaurant in London

Awful customer service. The two servers were so rude and dismissive. We decided to try T4 today because our usual bubble tea place BobaYumm wasn't there today. There was a blackboard outside the shop saying "Buy two drinks, get one half price". We ordered four drinks and was charged full price for all four drinks. When I queried why we were charged full price for all four drinks when there was a sign outside saying buy two drinks, get one half price, the sales person got angry and defensive and said that offer wasn't available today and proceeded to go outside and remove the sign!!!

We ordered two pearl milk tea drinks, a matcha latte and a coffee jelly milk tea. The drinks were mediocre in taste and were a lot more expensive than our usual place Boba Yumm. Definitely won't be...

This is the BEST bubble tea place ever especially because they know how to make authentic bubble tea. I always order from them and they NEVER disappoint me the workers are always friendly and it’s worth the price, my go to order is a pearl milk tea and it’s so rich and tasty along with a mango royal tea with coconut jelly. Not sure whether they have new staff or something or thiught it was funny. Never had a problem before from here and have ordered a number of times since they opened. But ordered 2 drinks today, both with no sugar, and the amount of sugar they put in was ridiculous, probably over double as it way sweeter than normal sweetness. Had to throw both away....
