Boston Manor House Cafe — Restaurant in London

Did not have a very good experience from this café this morning. We had to ask for some blue roll to dry in the outside seating area. The assistant we asked was very rude she didn’t even reply with an audible word she does grunted and I replied back her are you having a bad day she didn’t even reply. £27 for two full English breakfast and you have to go and collect from the counter yourself, it’s not even brought your table. I was astonished by the lack of good customer service and the quality of the food for the price they charge. Such a shame as I think that place has potential. We ended walking to the Potting Shed café in the same park to get a coffee completely different experience, excellent service and great coffee so I would suggest if you are visiting Boston Manor Park going to the Potting Shed instead as it’s better value for money and...

Erratic policies: dogs are not allowed if the worker feels like it Dec 1st 2023, 1.40pm. Worst customer service ever. First of all, I waited more than 10min for someone, nobody was serving. When a man finally came, I said "I thought nobody was in here". He didn't like my comment and in revenge he told me dogs are not allowed in this place (I have been there several times before with my dog). He insisted on that just to finally add that "just for this time I'll let you stay here because is so cold outside". He repeated that twice. Mercyful! Shame! Not sure where to begin, this place creates so much peace and love. I think, they've just opened up after a long renovation of the house itself and I have to say, you will not be disappointed. Unfortunately, we arrived just before closing, so there was not a lot left, but we still had some delicious slices of the Victoria sponge cake and some fresh fruit juice, also coffee was available. The café is very nice, simple and spacious, lots of seats inside and a big terrace with picnic tables outside. Right by the pond with all the trees, it's just beautiful.
