Lovely place and friendly staff. Food is ok too. I find the coffee far too strong, but that's just my personal preference. Glad to see a fab new place in Streatham.
UPDATE:
Went for breakfast and tried for the first time the ‘Corn Fritters’. Disappointed with the food (very friendly and helpful staff though 😊)
The fritters seem to be premade as they were served cold/warmish, were try and bland.
I ordered the Haloumi with the corn fritters- assuming that the Haloumi would be grilled (I should have asked) – but the Haloumi was also deep friend (not sure what it was coated in).

It's genuinely disappointing since I've been a regular customer since they opened last year on account of their top quality coffee and delicious food, but the quality there has dipped too. Two brunches, a coffee and a cold drink cost over £60 at our most recent visit which feels incredibly excessive and far more than what we used to pay.
What I cannot fault is the service, which is always impeccable, so it’s such a shame that the food really lets it down.
Would love to add this back to my regular coffee shop list but sadly it’s hard to keep giving Brickwood a chance after three poor...
