Honestly if the option was there, I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Me and my partner went to the shop and ordered two pizzas - one BBQ beast and one chilli kebab pizza with a tomato base instead of chilli. The guy serving us was clearly an idiot, and we had to explain this at least 5 times. Eventually, he got it or so we thought. We got home and the guy had given us two kebab pizzas but one with a tomato base and one with a bbq base. We had gone over and over this with him so I called the shop.
I explained what happened, and he told me it was my mistake! I told him we had given him the order 5 times and it was his mistake. He started talking over the top of me saying he didn't make a mistake and we did. I said I wanted a bbq beast pizza and we would happily give one of the ones we had back as it was unwanted and incorrect. He said to come back to the shop and they would exchange. I told him I wasn't going to drive all the way back, and asked for it to be delivered. He said there would be a charge, I said I wasnt about to pay for his mistake and they should send it out free of charge. He point blank refused and started being rude and abusive. I asked to speak to the manager, to which he replied he was the manager! I couldn't help but laugh at this! At one point he said, "so are you coming back or what?" My partner took the phone from me as he was so annoyed by how the "manager" was speaking to me. He tried to explain the situation, and in the end the "manager" hung up!
I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service. Rude, unprofessional, staff without two brain cells to rub together and quite frankly the pizza isn't great either. I will never return to Pizza gogo, and I will make sure as many people as possible know all about my experience....

Called the Streatham branch at 01:47am after multiple attempts of ordering on the website for 15 minutes where it kept looping and not allowing me to place the order. So I was forced to call and explained the situation (I donāt know why I even tried thinking they would care) in a rude and moody tone, he then replied āWeāre closed, I said itās 01:47 and then he says āyes we close at 2 but weāre closedā after confronting that he said āWeāve ran out of doughā which sounded like a blatant lie. The staff really make you feel as though youāre bothering them and make you feel uncomfortable. Itās unacceptable and Iām sick of the continuous poor customer service which Iāve let slide many times. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.
NOTE: The website states it allows you to order up until the last minute before closing.

I have been ordering from the Streatham branch for the past 2 years but over the last 6 months the quality of the pizza has seriously gone down hill. I have had to return my pizzas due to incorrect toppings and on other occasions had the most pathetic amount of cheese scattered on top however last night was the last straw. I place an online order and received my confirmation at 17h01, at 18h30 I called to enquire to as where my pizza was I was told that there was a technical glitch and my order had not been received (yet my payment had been processed) I then received my pizza at around 19h00 with no offer of compensation or even a complimentary dip. When I called to speak to the manager the following morning I was told that I should have asked for compensation the night before. I am really disappointed.... will never order from here again. Instead I would rather order a Dominos pizza and pay £2 more for better quality...
