Review for Mikrus Bar Restaurant I had an amazing birthday meal at Mikrus Restaurant with my family and friends, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The food was absolutely outstanding—rich, flavorful, and authentically Polish. The portions were definitely American-sized, so we left more than satisfied. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic meal. I’ll definitely be bringing my friends and family back soon!

Incredibly good place! Everything is brilliant here- decor, atmosphere, music, colours, excellent food (my non polish husband said it was best polish food he had!), service and prices. Clean and very pleasant. Very nice owner! I’m really impressed and I don’t understand some of the very poor reviews. I have not witnessed any of that… maybe it depends on what expectations and attitude you are approaching the place yourself. Plus Poles are not very friendly customers in general so I am not surprised!

We’ve had a very pleasant experience today at Mikrus Restaurant, my family and I. The food was delicious and portions were very generous. Very polite and attentive staff and we were surprised with free shots on the house after our meal - a very nice touch. I am glad we’ve decided to leave another Polish restaurant and dine in here.

I had a tough time deciding if this place was 3 or 4 stars. Dragged here by my best mate for reasonable priced food and so I agreed. Firstly the decor is very kitsch but oddly in a nice way, I liked it. The place was not busy but people were in and yes all Polish but hey I like all cuisines so did not let that bother me. I ordered grilled chicken with vegetables and I think rice, when my order arrived it was not what i had ordered and arrived with mash potatoes and salad. The waitress was convinced she was right I could not be bothered to argue and just decided to keep the breaded chicken thing instead. It was just ok, edible but as I am dairy intolerant I could not eat the mash due to the milk and butter! Salad was nice. Overall cheap and cheerful place but they should listen to the orders...

Polish disco night! Wow. Loved it. Danced my bloody arse off with the craziest Polish men that Poland exported to London! Ate my body weight in Polish food. Drank champagne and vodka! And! Won a....tent for two in the raffle. Could you possibly ask for anything more!?

The place is very cosmopolitan, if you are a Londoner looking to make new friends you will find the atmosphere here wery warm and welcoming. I went with a Brit who found himself feeling quite at home there. Crowd very mixed and all very friendly. Perhaps you'll even learn a few Polish words getting carried away singing along to some old and new Disco Polo, European disco bangers and the dj will spin some Anglopop too. An excellent...

Nice local feel - quite a cosy atmosphere despite the decor being a little on the garish side. The TV had a Polish music channel playing - quite cheesy, but didn't bother us. But most importantly, the food is fantastic!

Seriously hearty portions, absolutely delicious, and very reasonably priced (especially for the portion sizes). Eating that food I was transported away from Streatham immediately - felt totally traditional (I've not been to Poland, but have eaten in Germany and Russia, so I know the sort of style and flavours to expect).
