I note a couple of negative reviews - one of someone moaning that the cost of a drink and sausage roll was too much ? Well its not Gregs The Bakers - its far better quality and as such the price would understandably be greater. Plus if too expensive then you were not forced to buy it. A totally unjustified negative review. The second from a lady stating that her Birthday cake was substandard. If that was the case - then i'm sure if you called or went back to the shop and kindly explained your displeasure - they would have resolved it. Instead - it appears you have just written a negative review without giving them a chance to rectify the situation first. Probably the same type of person who notices there are not enough smaller independents on the High street these days and only the bigger chains and wonders why?
