Burger King — Restaurant in London

How on earth staff member this not know how to make Smoky Bacon Double Melt they're even called me forward and tell me that they're what able to make it then find out it is available If something that you can't make and it's on your menu why sell it if you can't make it this Burger King is absolutely useless I only reason why I use this Burger King for the Odeon right next door otherwise firstly it was your WC this time it was your staff who didn't know what a Smoky Bacon Double Melt was even heard them say how I make a Smoky Bacon Double Melt I've never been in any Burger King and they don't know how to make something this management needs to train their staff better at this particular Burger King I've been to so many different Burger king's over my time and it's the first ever time staff member had to say we did thank we got What are you confusing store that you don't know how to make something and

And today yet another problem this BK has one thing after other it said cash only I thanking they're card machines wasn't working much late on when I was in the cinema one the staff members said they internet wasn't working so they're should have put that on the door sorry no working internet I put my order through for the wrong BK because I was thanking only card readers was down but they're was only take cash but maybe why BK is losing so much money is because of this issues I had one thing in the Tottenham Hall one always issues with BK this days never used to they're need to fix they're ways just hope they're close down and open...

We went in. First, they were still open with some people eating in, but dining, i was closed when we got there. But a couple was aloud to eat in after we were told we couldn't eat in. Then my nephew, who is 6 years old, needed to use the toilet. The staff member that was cleaning said he couldn't use it because they closed the toilet at 8 o'clock and they can't open it after. My nephew started crying cs he was going to wet himself, and the staff still never opened it. The manager came out to tell the guy to open the toilet, and he still refused to open it. In the end, he opened it with attitude. The shop is still open, but u close the toilet at 8 o'clock this isn't the first time this has happened to me in burger King it also happened in Lewisham when my son 4 at the time wanto use the toilet after i spent over 20£ and i dined in to eat. This policy doesn't make any sense, and the staff are rude. You ask a question, and they ignore you or just look at you. Was not a good experience at all. The guy that serviced us was the only one that had some sort of sense...

Outside car park was just ok. Toilets were really bad and looks like has not been cleaned for a while. Broken hand dryer and awful smell. Dining floor was really messy and lots of rubbish on the floor. Lots of rubbish on the tables. Bins full and overflowing Lots of rubbish on Kitchen floor (around chips station) Lots of cups on the floor around drinking station and very untidy Food quality was like any other BK so no issues there. Serving time/speed was ok. Lots of chairs are either broken or in a bad shape/condition.

This is not a first time I go here and last time it was very much the same, so I had a chat with the manager and the manager said sorry/etc... and promised this will get sorted. After seen this today I decided to let BK know about this so hopefully something can be done. Personally for me this is the last time I am going here however surely this is not an acceptable standard from BK!!!

PS: As you can see restaurant was not busy at all. I do hope BK...
