Sure! Here’s a more detailed, longer review for the Tim Hortons at Park Royal:

Tim Hortons - Park Royal: A Thorough Review

If you find yourself in the Park Royal area in West Vancouver, the Tim Hortons here is a solid choice for a quick break, whether you’re grabbing your morning coffee or a snack after a busy shopping spree. Located conveniently within the bustling Park Royal Shopping Centre, this Tim Hortons is easily accessible and strategically placed, making it a perfect pit stop for both locals and visitors alike.

Ambiance & Atmosphere

Walking into this Tim Hortons, you’re greeted with the familiar cozy, casual vibe that’s characteristic of the brand. The interior is clean and spacious, with a contemporary design that features the classic Tim Hortons color scheme. It has a well-lit, inviting atmosphere, with ample seating for solo visits or groups. Whether you’re looking to grab a coffee to-go or sit down and enjoy a longer break, there’s plenty of seating options available.

Despite the location being quite busy due to its central placement in the shopping centre, it doesn’t feel overwhelmingly crowded. There’s a good amount of space around the counters, so you never feel like you’re cramped or having trouble finding a spot to enjoy your meal. It’s a great spot to unwind for a moment, whether you’re catching up on work or just people-watching.

Service

One thing that stands out about this Tim Hortons is the service. The staff here are friendly, approachable, and efficient, ensuring that your order is taken care of quickly, even during the busier hours. Despite the high volume of customers, the team manages to keep things moving swiftly, so you won’t be stuck waiting in line for too long. The staff is also consistent in preparing your order just as requested, which is something you can always rely on from Tim Hortons.

Menu & Food

Tim Hortons is known for its extensive menu that covers everything from coffee and pastries to sandwiches and wraps, and this location is no different. The coffee, as always, is rich and flavorful, and they offer a variety of options for customization, from classic brews to their signature lattes and iced coffees. If you’re a regular, you’ll likely be greeted with the familiar quality that you expect from Tim Hortons — a hot cup of coffee to jumpstart your day or an afternoon pick-me-up.

In addition to their coffee offerings, the food menu here is also worth mentioning. Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet or savory, there’s something for everyone. The iconic Timbits are always a crowd favorite, and they rarely disappoint, offering a nice balance of sweetness and texture. Their baked goods, including donuts and muffins, are consistently fresh, with a soft, satisfying bite.

Speed & Efficiency

Given the popularity of this location, especially during peak hours, Tim Hortons at Park Royal has a streamlined system for getting orders out quickly. Even if the line is long, it doesn’t feel like you’re waiting forever. The staff works diligently, and the kitchen is organized, ensuring that your order is prepared in a timely manner. They’ve really perfected the balance of speed without compromising the quality of their service.

Overall Experience

Overall, Tim Hortons in Park Royal offers a satisfying, reliable experience. The quality of food and drink is consistent with what you’d expect from the brand, and the atmosphere is a comfortable one for a quick stop or a longer visit. The friendly staff and efficient service ensure you won’t be left waiting too long, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to grab a quick coffee, snack, or even a light meal while out shopping or running errands.

I highly recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone in the area — it’s a dependable,...

I'm going to break this review down into food, service, and atmosphere. First of all, I opted for takeout and didn't use the drive-thru or dine inside. Let's start with the atmosphere. It was nice and clean; I didn't use the restroom, but there were two plates left on the table—blaming it on lazy customers. Aside from that, everything looked fine.

Moving on to the service, I used the kiosk machine, and it was quite easy to use. When I was picking up my food, a screen displayed my order number—similar to most fast food places. The server who handed me the food was nice and polite, which was fantastic.

Now, onto the main attraction—food. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, waffle fries, and a chocolate frappe. The burger took me back to my childhood—eating a messy burger at the amusement park. It was piping hot, the bacon was nicely crispy, and the cheese was on point. The bun held the two massive beef patties; it was even larger than the bun itself, with onions and sauce. If it had more sauce and gherkins, it would have received a higher rating; I'd give it an 8/10.

Now, about the waffle fries—something I've never tried before. I've had the Birds Eye version, but this looked different. Taking a bite, I was at a loss for words. The middle of the waffles was too soft—I'm not referring to the sides but the actual middle. The sides were nice and crispy, so I suppose it needed more cooking. I ended up putting them in my home air fryer. This product gets a 4/10 from me.

Lastly, the chocolate frappe. Being a frappe lover, it's hard to find a good one, but this one is now at the top of my list. The chocolate flavor is great, and you can also taste the chocolate pieces. The consistency is perfect for sipping through a straw; it's a clear winner, easily earning a 9/10 from me.

I'll be posting a video review...

01/03/2024 I made an order at the drive through in Park Royal London at 4.07am and completed my payment at 04.15am.

The man named GURDEEP attempted to make my order after asking if I can have a wrap I was told the item was not available and he said only chicken burger is available, I proceeded to continue with the order of a chicken burger meal and asked what drink is available to order, I was told “ look at the menu” I then said Isit any drink he replied “fizzy drinks” I asked what fizzy drink can I order he replied “ look at the menu” I decided to drive to the window to find out what fizzy drink is available as part of the meal, he then decided to be rude and say u need to order at the front and not at the window… telling me to go back around the drive through.. when I am speaking directly with him at the window. Gurdeep decided he was no longer taking my order and that I can no longer place an order, he then proceeded to slam the window shut and leave me waiting without placing my order and saying he was the manager and that he will not take my order, I had to get out of my car to open the window and try to place my order at that point he had moved from the window and out of sight, I continued to argue as to why I could not place my order and Gurdeep decided to take out his phone and record me as if it’s a comedy. I simply wanted to add a drink to my order.

The real manage eventually came and took my order and I made the payment for my food.

This is not the service I expect from a recognised restaurant such as the famous Tim Hortons and I am extremely disappointed in the service today the way I have been treated is extremely rude, arrogant and disrespectful. I will be leaving a truthful google review in the event today. I expect a detailed response from whom...

To think a halal KFC was a stones throw away and even that got shut down. At least with KFC you received true value for money and in return you recouped incentives. Firstly, Tim Horton's is way too overpriced and overrated. Too much publicity and hype. Initially, I thought the menus were appealing and they may be onto something. Little did I know the attention they gave was undeserving of Tim Horton's. As part of my meal, the lettuce fries portions I was served were shockingly small. It was literally a handful's worth. Drink was in a bottle that I could've picked up at a supermarket for even less. Customer staff were not very customer-friendly. Staff seemed too rigid and not as hospitable. The breakfast menu is a knock-off from Mcdonald's. This brand is not coming up with anything new. I think McD's might have inspired them too much. It seems like every item is being rebranded with a 'Tim Horton's' logo. The hygiene standard in the toilet was unacceptable. The only positives are that it serves halal food and the seating is quite chill. This brand needs to SERIOUSLY revise its price and portion sizes. They are very tight on the portions, so expect to be severely disappointed. I call for a boycott. Let others know their money is best spent elsewhere. No value for money at this dump. You're paying to be ripped off, and the joke is at your expense. Literally. Only until we collectively boycott will it seal the fate of Tim Horton's. I would gently and humbly advise people to go to KFC in Hanger Lane. This is the closest restaurant that you will receive generosity, both in terms of portion sizes and value for money.

Traveled to this branch by taxi all the way from south west London. I've heard so much about this restaurant chain, I was eager to try it. I had the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, breakfast wrap, hash brown and chocolate shake. The kids had the Nutella pancakes. The pancakes were fluffy and thick, authentic Canadian style. It would have been nice for the pancakes to come served with a couple knobs of butter. The bacon was quite rubbery, it would have tasted much better if it was on the crispy side. The hash brown was okay but doesn't beat Mc D,s one. The breakfast wrap was okay. The chocolate shake was delicious. The kids enjoyed the Nutella pancakes. After some fun activities with the kids, I returned to Tim Hortons for lunch and had the double cheese burger, lattice fries and chocolate brownie shake. The kids had the chicken strips burger meal. The double cheese burger was a let down, it tasted like it had been microwaved and not fresh from a grill. The lattice fries were on the limp side and not crispy enough. The milkshake being the highlight of the meal. After we finished our food we bought some doughnuts. When we got home we tried them and oh boy were they delicious. I will come back here again just for the pancakes, milkshakes and doughnuts. The ambiance and interior decor is lovely and you can regularly see staff maintaining the dining area keeping it clean.
