I had a hot dog that tasted absolutely disgusting and foul. I went to the counter to discuss with the manager his first response was people have been eating this all day and I’ve had no complaints. I told him I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted to warn them about the meat. He was very standoffish and not what I’d expect from a manager. I ended up refusing his LATE offer of a refund or a replacement. He only offered this because I specifically said I wasn’t trying to get anything. Very poor customer service skills. I then threw up in the sink. When I told the manager this he maintained the same position as before despite me vomiting in your establishment.

I’ve since seen multiple reports of food poisoning here on this review board as far back as 1 year ago about these hot dogs. You need to change suppliers because this is unacceptable from such a large fast food chain. I am a medical professional with a background in infectious diseases. This is clearly toxin mediated (staph aureus) from either the supplier not handling the pre cooked meat properly or poor hygiene of staff. Either way this requires a proper investigation by five guys. If this doesn’t happen I’ll be referring you to the local environmental health department.
