Burger King — Restaurant in London

Me and my partner we went there as we wanted a change from other fast food. We went there as we like Burger King but we actually never go because this Burger King close to our house it’s very unwelcoming. Inside it’s freezing we’ve been talking to a mother and son in there and they didn’t want to stay there long as there was no sense spending time in a place where you go to keep warm and eat out but it’s always cold as they never turn the heating on. They said to her the heating doesn’t work but in reality it’s been years like this keeping lying to customers. It’s warmer outside than inside in the winter like they don’t want people staying or going there. The staff very rude and there’s no one ever ready to welcome you to order or in the floor. Their personality are cold like the temperature inside. Another thing is they don’t speak to you so they presume you just eat away from there not asking anything of what you might want. No music at all inside never and all you can hear is voice call from staff phones or order from deliveries. Never been in my life all over the world to such terrible place and I’m fed up of this keeping happening because Burger King is a big company and the owner should read this to put this people a close look and investigate them because they are ruining the reputation of this places and I bet that many people that they would happily eat at Burger King they won’t do for the things I’m mentioning. Today really encouraged me to take such step after realizing a kid and mother being very sad in that table and rather be at home. No one ever cleaning the tables and the floor full of napkins and the tables are dirty. The female toilet was clean. The food was cold and it was shout out after 2 seconds as they already have no customers and they have constantly I checked everything ready so they don’t have to work not even that little. I worked myself in hospitality for many years and this is unacceptable and probably in breakage of standards. I really ask to investigate this place. As it’s really unbelievable and you want believe until you experience how cold atmosphere and staff and the sad feelings that you gonna feel there. And the revenue they gonna make is probably sad too. I will attach a video here obviously you not going to feel the cold but it proves the place I’m talking about. Also the people leaving 5 stars review they have a pattern in names, ethnicity and most of them work in there and other burger kings as I was opening they profile one by one and checking them out. Also the pattern in days as they want to cover the negative reviews and cover their a** from the company. Please it’s really disturbing watching this happening and I repeat I understand asking friends and family and workers to leave reviews but first try to actually do the job and actually do it properly because all the reviews they actually mentioning the disappointment of the people and don’t lie to yourself as you just want to keep your jobs. Burger King your Burgers are really king in whole burger restaurants's taste I mean to say it is awesome , delicious, But the service I got I wish I could say the same, First of all when I was waiting for my order at the Burger king counter I saw the lady behind one of the staff of burger king in black shirt and pant there is namebadge on her shirt but I am unable to read that from that distance she was making burgers behind and I saw her packing fries for a while without wearing cap on her head no any hairnet. she is serving or making food without taking care of food hygiene. Dear Burger king If you want evidence of this situation please check cameras of that time I had ordered my food on Date 02/06/2025 Time 7:41 pm. and one more thing I came again from eating area on counter for ketchup I asked one of the female staff serving on front she saw me she asked me. I said her ketchup please, she said ketchup, I replied Yes ketchup please , She ignored and turned and started packing fries in boxes I saw , she came on front but did not given me ketchup, she again turned back to area where the burgers are kept after preparation, she picked those burger which are ready there she kept in bag and called the customer and handed it to customer I was still there waiting for only two ketchups. Now she came to me asked 'sorry' I replied to her two ketchups please. Then she given me two ketchups by covering it in one tissue paper. After having that ketchups I left the counter after saying her thanks for ketchups. I find her behavior with me is rude . Please Have look on this matter Dear Burger king . I not felt good I do not want to post review like this for my favorite Burger king . but I want you to know about this situation. I will delete this review soon . Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely appalling service at the Feltham branch. Ordered two large adult meals and two separate burgers for the children, with a view to sharing fries, only to be told that it is BK policy not to serve burgers on their own, only as a meal...despite separate burgers being advertised on the menu. We pointed this out, only to be told that the duty manager (Nagesh) would send a pic of the menu to the manager and get it changed. This isn't what we wanted. All we wanted was two separate burgers for two small children, not to be forcibly sold 4 meals with fries upon fries, which will just get wasted. We were dealt with absolutely no understanding, compassion or empathy by the staff in this restaurant, and we're so disgusted with our experience that we decided to leave empty handed as it was obvious there was going to be no autonomy on the part of the duty manager to accommodate our request. We now have two extremely upset children on our hands, who were greatly looking forward to this treat and are now having to go without. On Christmas Eve of all days...the one time children should be looking forwards to a happy time. So thank you, Burger King Feltham for ruining Christmas before its even started! You are a disgrace and should be thoroughly ashamed...
