Flamingo Flames (feltham high street) — Restaurant in London

Let's begin by the reason i was incited to write this mildly scathing review: weaponised incompetence fronting with language barriers. The two women dealing with front of house on sat 18.7.24 @ 4pm - put simply, they are massively incompetent and unable to take orders. Having placed a simple order for two pizzas they proceeded to mix up the order and then when asked to exchange it for the correct order they flat out refused. Their solutions: 1) make me pay extra for the substitute (as if it's my fault they took my order wrong and twisted it), 2) agree to give me a smaller sized pizza (let's see a small pizza feed a family of four; two growing teenagers and two adults - im sure they know best what we can survive on) 3) exchange it for the correct order (omg THE ORIGINAL SOLUTION WANTED!) but only after she spent 5 minutes running circles around me trying to give me an alternative solution to the original one proposed to get it over with after FIRMLY DENYING her ability to make the order right and exchange it.

I refuse to name and shame but these women were untrained and are in no position to represent the business. They lack resolution skills, have appallingly bad listening skills and think customers are stupid. Well not me.

Management needs to do better because why did the lady tell me her manager is not on site to help with my concerns and neither was any form of senior management. This has not been the first time it's happened to us. Do better or i will take this higher up the chain...
