AVOID, unless you are willing to spend a fiver on a milkshake. Staff are rude, very unarticulated will all due respect, and lack common sense to some degree. Work documents may need to be checked lol. They also used McCain chips which you buy in Tesco or ASDA, as I saw a member of staff walk in with them. Was told at first order will take 15 mins, but took 30. Purchased 2 meals and only after they said wings wasn't available, they said the next wait will take an additional 30 mins and didn't offer any concession for their poor customer service, they just said we had to wait longer for that part of the meal. They also gave us beef burgers instead of chicken which we had to correct the order, they came back giving our food to the wrong customer. Requested for a refund for some of the uneaten food and they refused. They tried to justify saying I was not being understanding to negate the fact they gave poor overall customer service. When I went to requests a refund the 'manager' didn't have a backbone to talk and called over a worker, and in the first instance she blatantly lied to her colleague saying Im complaining and wanted a full refund, which I had to rectify. They were able to only refund the wings which were part of the meal but they said they couldn't for chips as they were part of the meal ?! either a lie or a 0 common sense ,either way poor handling of a situation there were...
