Cafe Brunello's — Restaurant in London

The food at brunellos is usually great but unfortunately in the last 3 months their take away service hasn't been poor. They pick and choose when to answer the phone, eventually when you get through they answer and hang up instead politely saying they are unable to take any further orders. Another issue is that they state that there closing times are at 4pm and when you turn up at the café they have just decided to shut shop without updating their Google page or leaving some form of notice on one of the platforms they use online to alert customers, and lastly the over the counter service has been abysmal specifically from the Gent only. Worst meal ever Ordering a spaghetti bolognaise mince is put on top of spaghetti anywhere im any restaurants but this place mix mince through the spaghetti by the time it arrives it looks like it’s been eaten at Is this so they can give all spaghetti and no mince but charge full price Anyway they lost a valued customer Don’t waste your money with these people nicer places to eat...

This place was lovely for a local bite, I thoroughly enjoyed the smoothest mocha with oat milk may I add (which I'm extremely grateful for). The food was great and very generous portions the plates are massive.
