This has to be the most horrendous coffee shop in the entirety of the UK. My coffee was served in a cardboard cup, when others were being served in ceramic ones. The many of the patrons seem to be on strong 'medication', Which I wish had been made available to the security guard. I enquired as to the closing time and was informed that it is 7:00 p.m. unfortunately I was forced to leave the establishment at 6:50 p.m., forcing me to drink my coffee in one shot. No 5 minutes warning was given, and the security guard had problems comprehending that when a business shuts at 7:00, then it means that it is open until 6:59. I recommend cafe Nero to provide additional training and education to the security guard in simple mathematics and the art of reading a clock. Read moreI think Caffé Nero does the best coffee out of all the high street coffee chains. A couple issues are that I often get the wrong change if I pay with cash and they never give me an extra stamp for using my own cup which is strange to me.
Service can be a little slow so if you are in a rush I wouldn’t recommend. Coffee is always made well though and that’s what you want really. I no longer get syrups but often I feel that they aren’t mixed as well into hot drinks as they are into cold, especially with the pistachio.

So i went back in and said this is not a latte, she said that's how she makes it no one else has complained, i'm like are you for real , anyway i asked for i paid for and then she goes in to the bin to check the cup size because in a space of 3 seconds she forgot (?). So i get the large latte and guess what? it did not even resemble a coffee. Some Caffe Nero's are amazing but those that are poor with their products...
