Attended this coffee shop for a lunch today at 1:25pm before a work meeting. The coffee shop was busy and there was 1 small table available but was full of croissants/pastry crumbs, coffee/tea marks and empty used side plates, coffee mugs and tissues. I asked the young lady working there to clean the table and she told she will do that. Waited for nearly 15mins for a warm panini to arrive. I requested the lady at the till to clean my table again. She told me she is too busy despite not having any customers at the time. I told her my lunch will get cold and I would like to enjoy what I paid for. She eventually came abruptly and told me, people normally give me their empty cups/plates and cutlery so I don’t clean! She lacked customer service skills, food hygiene was poor by leaving all the crumbs on the table and did not wipe/spray the table either (see photo). She completely ignored me and walked off. I asked her for her name and email address of the manager or owner and she denied to give that information. Overall, had a poor experience in a service industry. Their website does not work and do not have contact number or email address to report anything to! No one from my company would be going here for their coffees or lunch and we certainly will not be ordering our staff weekly lunch from this place. Such a shame, poor staff behaviour has cost a small business future/repeat revenue from another local business!!!

Not fully vegan as they use egg as well...BUT Why if they serve 99% vegan. Positive vibes here. Welcoming, Polite and helpful staff. Food is amazing here. Reasonable price. Ordered toast with almond butter with apple slice, was disappointed as the sticker on apple was still on the apple slice. Staff was informed, thought they would change the whole order but but the job was done so quick that I doubt they made a fresh order. The question is, are they really clean in the kitchen, do they really washed the apple before serving and what about other stuff. To the management:- Get rid of the egg and more vegans will come.

Leafwild Cafe is a cozy and inviting spot with a calm, relaxing atmosphere and a strong focus on quality ingredients. The menu offers a nice variety of fresh dishes, and the coffee is rich and well-prepared. Their cakes and pastries are flavorful and feel homemade, making them perfect for a mid-day treat. The service is friendly and unhurried, allowing you to really enjoy your time there. Whether you're stopping in for a light brunch, a peaceful coffee break, or a casual meet-up, Leafwild delivers a pleasant and satisfying café experience.

We come here quite often but our last two experiences have been a disaster. Last sunday it took them 25 minutes on the queue to get them to take our order, mind you, it wasn’t that busy but they took forever to get it done. We didn’t say anything as we understand these things can happen.

Today we went again, sat on the tables outside and straight away the barista rudely signaled for us to get out. We had food from the market but we’re about to buy drinks from them. I understand he could have come to our table and asked if we were going to buy anything but no, just a rude gesture and bye bye.

As the cliche goes we won’t go back, the only reason we came here was the outdoor seating but to be honest is just not worth it anymore. Rude and inconsistent service, absolutely outrageous prices (£7 for pre-made juice????), and nothing that special to offer. The whole hipster business vibe is not going be enough to carry your business you should invest in treating your local customer...

Incredibly disappointed with this place. They do not take health and safety seriously. Their toilet floor was incredibly wet, which meant my friend's shoes got wet and made her slip down the stairs. It was a pretty bad fall: the staff were very unbothered by her fall, did not offer ice or a glass of water to help her calm down (she hit her back on every single step of that staircase).

I then went to check if they had put up a sign that said wet floor. If I hadn't been looking for it I would've not seen it.

I told off the staff explaining why the situation is bad (my friend almost hit her head) and they simply didn't care. The toilet and staircase should have never been that wet and if it is a surface prone to getting wet there should have beem some antislip material to make the staircase safe.

Incredibly angry is not enough for the poor reaction of the staff who clearly have no training in 1st aid or customer service.

And the coffee...
