Was shouted at when I asked what festive hot chocolates they are doing for Christmas. The member of staff pointed at the card on the counter and shouted "There" The info is not very clear as you can customise. I just picked the top one as she was glaring at me. The other member of staff looked sympathetically at me. I asked for a large hot choc with cream and salted caramel sauce. I got 2/3 of a cup of hot chocolate and she also hadn't squirted enough cream on so the cream just sunk below the level of the top of the cup with hot choc covering the cream. So even with the cream on it looked like 2/3rds full. When I sat down and had a drink it was cold, barely warm. The worst service and drink prep ever, please give her some...

Unfortunately you will find people who are NOT CUSTOMERS taking the seats and tables for hours on end.
Saw an elderly woman buy coffee, who had trouble walking, try to find somewhere to sit down but couldn't because some students had taken the tables to talk and do nothing else. They didn't even buy any drinks or food there, yet had brought food in from another shop!
Why should people who work for a living, buy coffee here, yet can't find somewhere to sit because of people coming in off the street just to take up seats? It's disgusting.
Neros head office needs to get involved and employ security like they do in the west...
Read more10-7-20: Great that they are back for sitting in as soon as the Govt lifted the lid. Nice music, again excellent almond croissants, ambience, coffee and staff. Congatulations to Caffe Nero E. Finchley for getting its act together and restoring our pleasure - wrapped in paper bags or served in disposable mugs, such are the times + loo open, and sanitiser at both ends of the room.
Pricier than Costa: coffees are smaller for similar £, food costs more. Parking on street costs money but not outrageous like...
