Caffe Nova — Restaurant in London

1st visit Saturday 20th October 2024. Very nice. I had a pot of tea with 2 cupfuls of tea in it like it used to be in the good old hotel days, very smart that was. Classic. A lovely greys and whites decor with some black 21st century + modern and art rated retrofitted Charlie Chaplain type Cafe. The art is part of the walls too. Several Staff enjoy giving quick efficient table or counter service. Have not tried the menu yet. Nice warm and cosy on a cold wintery autumnal day. Enjoyed it. Locals use it too. Finally, a place like this in RM1 - totally recommend 100 per cent! Plenty of space, nice decor, comfortable seating, clean washrooms. Several parking spaces outside. Varied menu including separate sides and a vegan option, all beautifully presented. Great coffee in nice big cups and served hot! Coffee with oat milk the same. Water served in a glass not plastic. If anything, service could be a little more attentive with menus given when first being seated - but it was a Sunday morning breakfast so perhaps busier than usual. Met some friends for a business meeting and they took me here for lunch. I ordered the Chicken Shish, I was actually expecting it with pitta bread, but never knew it came with rice and salad.

It was absolutely delicious, but more than I could manage there and then, so I took the rest of it home and hoovered it for dinner.

The staff seemed very cool and the place looked very clean like they care about how their place looks.

I would certainly be happy to eat their again, and would recommend it...
