Chaiiwala — Restaurant in London

I never write negative reviews, as I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but my experience today was horrendous and dissapointing! I bought a Chai and two somasa's, that took 25 minutes to bring to me, which is slow service, having been to shops that prepare fresh somasa's in 5mins maximum 10 minutes, which is the usual wait time for a small order, which cost nearly 7 pounds (not cheap). The shop was not even busy. The young asian lady bought it over to me, I asked for a chutney, I indicated that it this took a very long time, ive had to wait long and the least they could do was offer a free chutney, which is in a tiny container the size of 2p coin. She then proceeded to speak in a rude tone and roll her eyes at me and say you wanted them fresh, so that why they took so long! She finally agreed to bring a chutney, she bought it over, I thanked her, she walked off again rolled her eyes at me. I then took a bite of the samosa, it was still cold from the inside and the vegetables had not been cooked properly, so parts of it were still frozen. I then went back, I spoke to another lady at the till, I said that these are still cold, also, please can you address the customer service too in this place, as the young lady who served me was unwelcoming and was giving attitude. The other young lady who served me appeared again, and started to insist, that she cooked them and they had been cooked properly. I was shocked by her rudeness and poor manners again, she had not eaten it, so how would she know??? She continue to speak and argue, not providing me with an opportunity to talk or express my concern. This is one of the worst incidents of customer service, I have experienced, staff there need to be trained on how to approach and deal with customers who have a concern, and should not argue with customers. If you end up going here, and want a refund for food that is uncooked and not up to standard, you might be greeted by staff, who are argumentative, rude, lack basic manners and respect towards...

One of the worst place in Hounslow West for dine in. I had a very horrible experience. We ordered chai, 2 rolls and cake. Our order number was 44 ( Chai+ roll) & 45( just a cake) dine in ordered on 19/09/22. It took more than 35 mins to serve the order, after asking multiple times, they first served only egg roll, then again we have to ask for chai, again ask for cake. People who have ordered for take away were served fast, even order number 60 and above take away was served before us.

The person who takes order in counter was so rude, she said “Shutup” to another customer who went and asked where is my order, as they were also waiting for more than 30 minutes for one tea!.

In our Oder we had ordered cake, which was right in front of the counter, it took more than 30 minutes to serve!. When we went and asked multiple times she just took it from that counter and gave the cake. They took 30 mins to do this!!. What a horrible!!.

Table cleaning is another mess over there, they just wiped all the dirts(breadcrumbs, chole,used tissues,.) just literally into the floor instead of collecting that in a dust bin, customers who sat on that table were stamping over that used tissues and food waste. Such a uncleanliness!!!.

I even called their customer care and did a complaint, they said it just happens on busy days!!. Useless customer service people. If this happens on busy days, then why do you open a restaurant on busy days???.so you say “Shut up” to customers on busy days? Is this common at your restaurant?.

Toilet is out of order( looks like out of order always) no place to wash the hands and no sanitizer's kept on restaurant.

Please don’t order food for dine in over there. If you want a horrible and terrible dine in experience you can...

Exceptional Experience at Chaiiwala Hounslow west.

I visited Chaiiwala Hounslow West recently and I have to say it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming energy by one of the team member Arshiya who truly made the visit memorable.

The atmosphere at the café is cozy vibrant and perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying some quiet time with a cup of chai. The place was clean well organized and had a really nice vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable.

Now, the food and drinks incredible i ordered the karak chai of course and it was rich smooth and had just the right amount of spice. You can tell it’s freshly made and crafted with care. I also tried the masala chips and butter chicken roll both full of flavour and served hot and fresh.

But what really stood out to me was the service. Arshiya went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was polite attentive and genuinely kind. You don’t always come across service like that and it made a big difference. She answered questions about the menu with confidence checked in with us during the meal and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. It’s rare to see that level of customer care and it honestly made me want to come back again.

Thank you Arshiya and the entire team at Chaiiwala Hounslow West for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning soon and will be bringing friends along...
