I recently had the pleasure of ordering custom-made ice creams from Treatz Hounslow west and I couldn't be happier with the experience that Awais and Vijay gave me from start to finish, their communication was exceptional, and their staff's politeness was truly remarkable. They were very proactive with a strong Can do Attitude and ready to meet any challenge with a smile.

Not only did they accommodate all of my preferences, but they also exceeded my expectations with the delicious flavors and fruits ice creams they created. Every scoop was a delightful treat, and it's evident that they take great pride in their craft.

Today I brought my mother to Treatz this afternoon for a treat and we were disappointed for the following reasons. Firstly We ordered the brookie and my mother asked the waitress if the cookies were made hot and she said yes and also we ordered vanilla ice cream with it but unfortunately when it arrived the Brookie was cold and the ice cream was missing Then we told the waitress and she brought a new plate this time with the vanilla ice cream on top, the brookie unfortunately was still not hot on the outside but was hot in the centre only .This was very upsetting to my mother as she does not like to waste food and so we ended up eating it as it was. On a more positive note about the Brookie the flavour was absolutely delicious. Secondly, we ordered American pancakes which came cold even after my mother asked the waitress again if the pancakes come hot and she said yes but as we did not want anymore food to be wasted we ended up eating it as it was ,again the flavour was absolutely delicious. Thirdly we did not like the gold cutlery at all and the way they were given. Fourthly not enough staff. Fifthly, there needs to be more enthusiastic staff snd service was slow even though it wasn’t that busy. Otherwise overall the atmosphere was stunning and the place was very clean. From the moment I stepped through the door, Rabia's welcoming smile and genuine interest in our experience set a positive tone. She patiently answered our questions, offered recommendations, and ensured our comfort throughout our time in the store. Her exceptional service truly elevated the atmosphere and made us feel valued as customers.

However, the experience was marred by a notable delay in receiving our treats. Despite placing our order promptly, there was a noticeable lag between ordering and receiving our desserts. This delay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering our anticipation for the indulgent treats promised by the store.

Nevertheless, Rabia's exemplary service softened the blow of the delay. She regularly checked in on us, providing updates on our order and offering apologies for the inconvenience. Her professionalism and genuine concern for our satisfaction helped to mitigate the frustration caused by the delay.When our treats finally arrived, they were as delicious as anticipated.
