Chaseside Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in London

Me and my family have been coming here for years. Food has always been excellent. Today, however, we had a very different experience, and I feel compelled to write about it. Having booked a table for Mother's Day, we arrived punctually at 1pm and started on the buffet almost immediately. So far so good, until, about half an hour into our meal, we noticed that the naan bread which always came with the buffet still hadn't arrived at our table. We tried to attract the attention of the waiter but he was clearly stressed out about the fact that he had to deal with more than two customers. As a result (and I should add that the restaurant was still only half full at this stage) I was forced to make my way to the kitchen/bar area, where, when confronted with the fact that he hadn't come to our table once, the waiter responded 'Oh, I didn't give you naan bread?' No apology, no nothing! 20 minutes later he did at last make his way to our table, but unfortunately it was not to enquire whether everything was ok but merely to ask whether we had finished (which we hadn't, 50 minutes into tour meal). He then proceeded to inform us that he needed our table as it had been booked for 2pm. I responded by saying that we hadn't finished, made my way back to the buffet and continued the meal. My wife and daughter were irate though, and the whole experience was especially disappointing given that the meal was my daughter's special treat for her mother. We won't be back in a hurry, and I would strongly suggest that Chaseside Restaurant takes a good, hard look at itself!! Reputations are hard to build and very easy...

I have been coming to Chaseside restaurant for approximately 4 years. The food is amazing, cooked and presented well. The restaurant is clean and tidy and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. We are always seated quickly and there is never a delay in the food and drinks coming out to our table. The owner and staff workers are always friendly, kind and polite and I always have a good conversation when inside. I have had many functions inside Chaseside and have always been extremely happy with the overal service. One of the staff workers called Ziah knows exactly how to treat all customers. This guy is the best waiter I have ever met, his kind, considerate, extremely helpful, always greeting customers with a conversation and a smile. He regularly comes over to make sure me and my family are happy as well as looking after all the other customers in the restaurant, his well presented and always makes our experience so enjoyable when I visit Chaseside restaurant. I fully recommend this restaurant to everyone as you will not be disappointed. Great food, Excellent service and Amazing staff 5...

Had a meal at Chase Side Indian Restaurant last night with my partner and wow I cannot rate this beautiful restaurant highly enough. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly warm and polite staff who instantly make you feel relaxed. Before even trying the food I knew I wanted to come back we had cocktails and when the food arrived it was absolutely amazing I had a King Prawn Tikka masala and the prawns were so succulent and the curry just tasted amazing. My partner had a lamb pasanda and he loved it. During the meal the waiters couldnt have been more friendly and accomodating with a great sense of humour we laughed all evening and had such an enjoyable time. After the meal we were treated to a free shot and was asked if we would like the remainder of our meal to be boxed up for us to take home. I cannot rate this restaurant more highly and cant wait to go back I highly reccomend you visit as you wont be disappointed....
