To whoever the Asian girl with the scarf was dealing with the train replacement bus going towards Hertford north on Sunday 26th Jan 2025 @5pm needs to be fired. Complete lack of respect for customers who had been waiting over 40 minutes for a bus replacement in the pouring rain with no sign or idea when it was coming. I went up to her, knowing that there was an old couple waiting for the bus over an hour whom had asked ME to enquire about the service. They couldn’t walk or run that far to catch up with her. All I was trying to do was find out about the bus. Gave me complete attitude when I asked her if she knew when the replacement service was coming & decided to bite my head off instead of giving useful information. I am probably 10 years younger than her and i have more respect for the general public knowing that I work a customer service facing role. Do better TFL, employ people who actually want to do their jobs and not people who stand there with faces of a slapped arse making out with their boyfriend which is completely inappropriate if you ask me while on duty, with unbelievably rude attitude. I’ll think again before travelling home from...

I have never brought a travel card before and was confused on how it worked and I don’t understand why he had to give me such attitude to me when I simply asked a question and then proceeded to tell me maybe you couldn’t hear me because I was wearing headphones listening to music even though I told him I wasn’t playing any music and then proceeded to tell me it’s still unusual. I don’t understand why he gave all that attitude for I found this interaction belittling and unhelpful. I approached the station staff for guidance and assistance, not to be spoken to in a dismissive or rude manner. The transaction...
Read moreExcellent customer service from Brendan and Enfield Chase station. I wanted to buy a railcard and advance tickets for a journey. I had looked up the journey online before visiting the station, but Brendan advised me that it was better to change at a different station as it would give me more time to transfer, although I would actually be getting the same train to my destination. Brendan checked various routes for me, to ensure the best changeover time and to make sure there was no difference in price between the various different options; he also advised me about the various different times where railcards/oystercards were valid for journeys, depending on the operators (underground, overground, buses, trains,...
