Exceptional service & absolutely delicious food. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service provided by the staff members every time I visit. Extremely polite and kind offering a personal touch. The food only gets better, the fries are better than McDonald’s, the chicken is always fresh, juicy and full of flavour. The service at the restaurant was horrible on multiple occassions. The cashier, who seemed very unfriendly, spoke very broken English making it hard to understand him, which annoyed him visibly. The food was overcharged and don't expect to get the 5:30pm meal deal at 5:15pm, they'll tell you it's too late. Last time I went there, I walked out infuriated and empty-handed.
