COFFEE HOUSE 607 — Restaurant in London

The consummate small-scale coffee shop. Was considering having a morning coffee at the Costa across the road but decided to indulge at 607 across the road, a decision that I now understand everyone should make.

My flat white may well be one of the best I've ever had, the baristas knowing and caring for their coffee in a manner totally alien to the apathy shown by the vast majority of baristas in large-scale chains like Starbucks and Costa. The coffee was rich while slightly fruity, in my opinion the optimum flavour profile of coffee.

The atmosphere of the shop makes up a large part of the experience in a wonderful way. The modern, hipster-esque vibe of the shop transforms a simple morning coffee into a replenishing and almost therapeutic start to the day.

It's rare to find a small-scale coffee shop that offers the kind of coffee/atmosphere experience that's not in the UK while being far more common in continental Europe. 607 Coffee House captures that feeling and keeps it in a little shop...

however they are too much English (maybe for you this is a positive thing), they are respectful, nice and good vibe people. Their coffee is amazing maybe the best you can find in the area. I sometimes buy coffee from them with my dog and they always welcome me and my little dog. They are dog friendly which is the most important thing for me. I wish them success in their business for this hard time. I adore this place. A coffee local for the modern age. The coffee rises to meet my snobbish expectations, the tunes are chill, the vibe is positive, and the owners are warm and welcoming to everyone who comes through the door. In the short time I’ve lived in this neighborhood, this place has become a favourite part of my routine. I’ve noticed how many other people in the community make it the same.

Though the place is small and one could easily miss it, don’t.
