Go Mezza — Restaurant in London

First time i have ordered from Go Mezze through Uber and i have to wait over 2 hours and food was not as expected. I have put my order on ubereats around 9:20pm and the food arrive just after 11:30pm. In the mean time i have tried to contact the branch and called a number (from google) and the person received the call has confirmed canary wharf go mezze doesn’t have any phone number????... Seriously? So i told him ' how i am suppose to make contact', he straight away said 'i am i don't know'. I have contacted the uber delivery person around 10:40pm and he has confirmed me that my food is not ready. He had to wait 45mins before they hand over my food. And it took another 45mins to deliver the food. I have reported all the complaints to Uber and i am still waiting for their reply. Unless someone is visiting their branch no one can contact them. So think before you place the order. Chicken shawrma wrap was good, chicken wings were ok and chips were soggy as expected. It was my mistake i didn’t check this place google reviews. Lots of people have same complaints about their delay delivery. Usually i don't put any bad reviews intentionally but this is unacceptable that it took over 2 hours to deliver 2 shawrma and wings & chips. I do order from Ubereats regularly but this is worst service i got so far. Please improve your delivery service system and get a contact number so that people can contact you. May be not again ordering from them unless they change...

I would never order from this place again Justeat refused to give me a refund so let me just explain my experience here,after receiving my food i stumbled on a thick piece of fat covered in hair it looked like the nose of what ever animal they’ve decided to serve me ,i vomited 3 times under 10 minutes i was horrified,i don’t believe this is real chicken meat,the meat doesn’t even taste like meat ,i am literally put off this restaurant what i saw in that box just threw me off completely,let this be a lesson to everyone please check your food before you eat it . Absolutely disgusting will never eat chicken kebab again no matter what restaurant...

This place is a NO GO. Order on Uber eats. Food took an hour just to leave the restaurant and received everything cold. I ordered the mixed wings, signature wings, chicken shawarma box and the falafel box. Got a message to say the falafel was out of stock. The chips were over cooked and seemed like it was refried a few times, completely inedible. very poor quality food. I paid for priority delivery and the food temp had nothing to do with delivery. it came out of the kitchen cold. Delivery driver said this place is always very slow due to the lack of staff in the kitchen. A complete...
